Royal Rent a Car implement their first ever car rental software solution

April 2009 - Established Car Rental company, Royal Rent a Car, has appointed UK software solution provider MCS to implement a rental software solution to manage its entire fleet of vehicles. The $37,000 deal for 19 users across 3 locations is reported to be the first of its kind in The Gulf Region. 

Situated in Manama, Exhibition Road and Bahrain Airport, Royal Rent a Car caters for the needs of many business people travelling within Bahrain and Saudi. Its 350 strong fleet of vehicles comprises of general rental vehicles, chauffeur driven vehicles and limousines.

Established for over 5 years, the company has turned to UK software provider MCS to help manage its fleet of vehicles. The rental software solution will provide the company with visibility of its entire fleet at any one time – helping management and staff to quickly and easily identify both high and low performing vehicles.  Such powerful reporting will help Royal Rent a Car to adjust vehicle stocks accordingly and deploy the necessary vehicles to satisfy customer requirements and ensure repeat business.  In time, the company will also be able to view vehicle rental trends by month, by locations and so on.
