Meet MCS hire software experts at Vertikal Days 2009 - Stand MP12

May 2009 - MCS makes its debut at Vertikal Days - the specialist event for the Lifting and Powered Access market - taking place at Haydock Park Racecourse on 24-25th June 2009.

Numerous features embedded in the MCS-rm application meeting the operational requirements of a Powered Access/Lifting Hire business include:

• Allocation Chart – A colour-coded visual calendar showing each machine’s booking status. From this screen you can create and amend new contracts and spot booking clashes enabling more effective booking and contract management.

• Daily Diary – A daily ‘To Do’ List of a depot’s deliveries, collections and projected returns.  Gives depot level visibility of planned deliveries, returns and collections, highlights overdue activities and ensures nothing gets missed by staff.

• Associated Specification Documents – A useful option to have a machine’s safety and operating instructions printed (or emailed) with the contract or delivery note at the point of hire for the customer. Ensures the customer is supplied the pertinent information at the right time.

• Scheduled Maintenance Alerts – Each machine’s maintenance and service preferences are collated into a working to-do list displayed in ascending date order for workshop staff to review and process into the workshop. Ensures machines are not booked out on a contract when a service is imminent, for example.
